We will gladly replace or refund damaged or defective items with a new copy of the same item. Please return the item via [US Postal Service], along with a COPY of your original order paperwork and a note describing the problem.

You may return all undamaged, unopened, unused items purchased from Memory Bug Books within [14 days] of the original delivery. Enclose a copy of invoice/packing slip. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Returned books must be in saleable condition (undamaged, and in original shrink-wrap). [Opening or tearing the shrink wrap on any item renders it un-returnable and constitutes acceptance of the product]. All merchandise must be label-free. Only one return per shipment is permitted.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used; if you paid by check, you will be issued a refund check. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
There is a 25% restocking fee for any returned books. (unless the exchange is due to an error on our part)
